This diploma aims to provide students with knowledge and skills in AI required to perform multiple functions, including the application of prompt engineering techniques to improve the quality and relevance of responses generated by AI-powered software, the use of AI-based software to analyse sets of data and generate strategic insights and forecasts, production of text-based and visual content using AI-based technology based on written prompts, and propose recommendations for AI-driven enhancements to customer experience, such as predictive customer service. Students will also learn to develop a framework of ethical approaches for how an organisation can use AI-based technologies, and how to develop organisational recommendations for using AI-powered technologies, machine learning and deep learning.

The recommended benchmark levels for this course are 4 in English, 3 in Maths and 4 in Digital Technology.
